About Me
'Never forget that you are one of a kind.
Never forget that if there weren't any need for you in all your uniqueness to be on this earth, you wouldn't be here in the first place.
And never forget, no matter how overwhelming life's challenges and problems seem to be, that one person can make a difference in the world. In fact, it is always because of one person that all the changes that matter in the world come about.
So be that one person'

My Story
Welcome :-)
How have you been feeling?
I'm really glad to have you here.
My name is Aga. I'm a certified HiddenMind Therapist and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, passionate about helping people to be healthier and happier - with me, but by themselves. Through HiddenMind, to investigate hidden causes of diseases and symptoms and initiate a return to physical, emotional and mental balance, and through health coaching to support them in making diet and lifestyle changes to achieve their own health goals.
But more importantly - I am a human being.
And I've been on a journey myself. For years focused on achievement, workaholic, disconnected from anything higher and ā myself, outwardly self confident and happy, wearing a mask to hide feeling insecure, so unspecial, with huge anxiety about life for years without an apparent reason, letting life live me more than consciously living it.
For some of us it's about physical pain, for others like me non-physical. I knew something wasn't quite right.
Do you ever get that feeling?
I craved inner peace and balance. I craved freedom on all levels - of my mind, body and soul. I craved feeling fulfilled. So I quit my 9-5 (or 9-9 more like) job, searched for 'something' in a number of places, from doctors to fortunetelling, hypnosis or solo traveling.
I've learned things along the way. I still am learning and hope I'll never stop.
It is a journey. And on that journey, I was fortunate enough to come across Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I'd been a 'go to' person with regards to diet and nutrition for quite some time. But it's one thing to have a passion, and another to have a broader and deeper knowledge base AND the ability to pass it on to others to empower them on their own journey towards health and happiness.
It turned out to be much more than I'd expected. I was exposed to varying ways of thinking, to groundbreaking concepts like bio-individuality or primary foods through which I realised that not only am I unique and therefore should be treated as such diet- and lifestyle-wise, but also that there's so much more to life than food on my plate that feeds me. I was forced to challenge my thinking, to transform as a person which even if not easy is one of the best things you'll get to experience - if you decide to enroll at IIN.
I met some fantastic people from all walks of life. Some just pine for a change in career and become full time health coaches. Some use the knowledge to help themselves and their loved ones heal. Others go on to write books, run cooking classes, have wellness studios or run cafes.
So, if you're wondering if IIN is right for you - I'm here to help. We can have a totally informal chat, or I can introduce you to the IIN team. As with anything, whatever is right for you.
The great part is that as an IIN Ambassador, I have access to occasional promotions so may be able to help you save money on tuition. Wish I'd had that option before applying ;-)
To a healthier and happier you!
WIth love,
Aga
